Gloucester City Councilor at Large Jeff Worthley talks to Kory Curcuru and Heather Atwood about malfunctioning MBTA Commuter Rail gates. 23 citizens have reported gates closing early including the wife of the former Assistant Fire Chief who says a gate came down on her car.
