Mayor of Gloucester Greg Verga reviews his first year in office with Heather Atwood and Kory Curcuru. Mayor Verga notes the two largest issues outstanding are the Wastewater Treatment Plan and updating the City of Gloucester’s Master Plan. The new masterplan needs to be coordinated with the Harbor Plan and state-mandated Transportation Overlay District requirements.
